ਜਲੰਧਰ,30 ਦਸੰਬਰ (ਕੇਸਰੀ ਨਿਊਜ਼ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ)- ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਸਲਿਆਂ, ਚਿੰਤਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਲ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਰਵਾਸੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਨਲ ਮਿਲਨੀਜ਼ ਦੇ ਬੈਨਰ ਹੇਠ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਸਫਲ ਰਹੇ।

ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਇੱਥੇ ਨਾਰਥ ਅਮਰੀਕਨ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ (ਨਾਪਾ) ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਕ ਸਤਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਚਾਹਲ ਨੇ ਯੂ.ਐਸ. ਚਾਹਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਨਲ ਮਿਲਨੀ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਆਖਰੀ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਮਿਲਨੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ, ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ ਅਤੇ ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਕੇਸ ਲਏ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰੀਏ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ 16 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿਖੇ 160, ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ ਵਿਖੇ 19 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ 74 ਅਤੇ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵਿਖੇ 23 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ 170 ਹੋਰ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਖੁਸ਼ਕਿਸਮਤੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਐਨ.ਆਰ.ਆਈ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੜੇ ਧੀਰਜ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਖੱਬੇ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਬੈਠੇ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ।

ਚਾਹਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ/ਕੇਸ ਫੀਲਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਉੱਚ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਮੰਦਭਾਗੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਖੁਦ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦੀ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਰਵਾਸੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਕਦਮ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ, ਆਰਥਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਨੀਤੀ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧੀਆ ਕਦਮ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਪਰਵਾਸੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਸੁਣਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਲ ਲਈ ਸੂਬਾ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਦੋ ਵਾਰ ਦਸੰਬਰ ਅਤੇ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਏਗਾ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਕੁਝ ਹੋਰ ਆਸਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਿਰਨਾਂ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ।

ਜਿੱਥੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਝੂਠੇ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਬੰਧ ਹੈ, ਸਾਰੇ ਐੱਨ.ਆਰ.ਆਈ. ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਕਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਕਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਖਰਚੇ ‘ਤੇ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਨਾਰਕੋ ਟੈਸਟ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।

US based NAPA hails successful NRI Punjabieian Nal Milnies events in Punjab’

Jalandhar December 30,2022- (KESARI NEWS NETWORK)- All events under the banner of NRI Punjabieian Nal Milnies was organised by Punjab Government were very successful events in order to resolve issues, Concerns and other grievances of Punjabis residing abroad. This was disclosed here by US Based Satnam Singh Chahal executive director of North American Punjabi Association (NAPA). Chahal said today’s NRI Punjabieian Nal Milnies event will be the last event where cases from Amritsar, Gurdaspur, Pathankot and Tarn Taran districts will be taken during the MILNI. He said that so far numbers of cases were concerned that earlier under this drive on December 16, 160 cases were taken up at Jalandhar, 74 cases were heard at SAS Nagar on December 19 and 170 others were heard at Ludhiana on December 23. This was more than fortunate that all of the cases were given very patience hearing by the NRI Minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal and passed the orders to concerned authorities sitting his left and right during the event.

Chahal said most of the complaints/Cases were against the high handedness of Punjab Police officers posted in the field. This is more than unfortunate that he himself was a victim from the hands of police authories and he is expecting that Justice will be delivered to him at the earliest.

He said that this move of NRI Minister Dhaliwal was a very good step forward for preparing a special policy to resolve all problems related to the social, economic and cultural affairs of NRI Punjabis in a timely manner. More than this in order to listen to the problems of NRI Punjabis and resolve them, the state will conduct these types of meetings twice every year, in December and April. This will create some more rays of hopes for the Punjabi Diaspora.

So far as registration of false cases by any police officer is concerned, All NRI complainant should have the right to get any Narco Test of concerned Police officer at his/her own expenses to deliver justice to complainant.
